- Investigating with great detail cases involving driving under the influence and working with non-profit organizations such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving to reduce fatalities.

- Responsible for developing and training officers across the state to meet Arizona Post requirement objectives to remain certified police officers and adjunct to firearms trainer with MCSO police academy.
- Creating and implementing government policy and procedures by direction of the police department administration using different training aids that range from classroom instruction to live student practical.
