Our Mission Statement

It is RangeFit’s mission to properly educate individuals, families and organizations in firearms, defensive tactics, physical fitness and help inspire all to be their own dignitary guardians. We incorporate physical fitness, fundamentals of marksmen ship and more importantly enjoying the aspect of training. We are dedicated in offering many opportunities in our classes to grow and learn.

We can create and maintain training guidelines for security (e.g., procedures and guidelines to address identities, endpoints, data, applications, and assist a corporation and its employees in becoming and remaining compliant with the company’s Information Security Policies and Standards, including support of the creation and maintenance of security training content. RangeFit can assist in system hardening techniques in securing a structure from unnecessary risks.

A veteran police officer with 17+ years of service, delivering compassionate community services for citizens of Glendale and around the state of Arizona. An unwavering commitment to saving lives, improving community safety, and decreasing officer vulnerability by providing intensive firearms training. Demonstrated success in cultivating, training, and leading a professional team aimed at achieving organizational goals. Patrol Police Officer

  • Hired by the Glendale Police Department October 3rd, 2005
  • Providing a non-biased service to protect the lives and property of the Glendale City area.
  • Conducting thorough investigations using efficient communication with citizens and police detectives across the valley.
  • Developing lesson plans as a Field Training Officer for the success of Officers in Training.
  • Working in a diverse organization to reach a common goal of community safety and peace using effective communication.
  • Three-time Super Bowl SWAT security team for football stadium and entertainment district footprint.
City of Glendale Police Department – 7 years in position

Police Motorcycle Officer

  • Completing various traffic investigations using current technology to depict an accurate scene
  • Conducting traffic enforcement in government focused areas to improve the safety of Glendale travelers.
  • Investigating with great detail cases involving driving under the influence and working with non-profit organizations such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving to reduce fatalities.
City of Glendale Police Department – 2-1/2 years in position

Lead Proficiently Training Officer

  • Responsible for developing and training officers across the state to meet Arizona Post requirement objectives to remain certified police officers and adjunct to firearms trainer with MCSO police academy.
  • Creating and implementing government policy and procedures by direction of the police department administration using different training aids that range from classroom instruction to live student practical.
  • Attended many challenging instructional schools hosted across the nation that has led me to obtain recognized certificates ranging from physical fitness to critical incident hostage situations.
  • Authored department policy and procedures related to less lethal weapons, pre/post academy and judgement decision making.
  • Budget analysis of department spending related to expensive’ s of the training/firearms unit.
  • Help create web-based training for employees to reduce agency risk.
Glendale SWAT Senior SWAT Operator – 14 years to present

Lead Senior SWAT Operator

  • Responsible for tactical planning, intelligence gathering and working undercover for SWAT operations.
  • Experience in performing risk analysis and managing security and technology controls.
  • Be a self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
  • Experience with architecture/system hardening techniques.
  • Identifying areas in a residential/commercial structure that leave an area vulnerable.
  • Provide training for employees to minimize risks.
  • Assist / support escalation of verified security events / incidents from analyst(s).
Owner and Founder of Rangefit LLC – 2 years to present
  • Training both law enforcement and civilians in the basic skills needed to operate a firearm using the fundamentals of marksmanship.
  • Teaching gun safety handling that extends to a person’s life at home, in an automobile and public.
  • Teaching dignitary techniques to help students protect loved ones when at home and in the public.
  • Develop programs to assist those that which to carry in a concealed capacity.
  • Established pre & post new hire recruit training program that consist of current law enforcement education and providing a demanding physical conditioning schedule that also includes teaching recruits about diet, exercise plans and mental wellness.
Sargent in the United States Army – 4 years of service
  • Honorably discharged from the U.S. Army with years of service from 2001 to 2005
  • Served in the second gulf war, Iraqi Freedom, leading soldiers in the field of battle in countries of Kuwait and Iraq
  • Field Artillery was my job description which had the responsibility of protecting U.S. troops and aircraft against all air attacks.
  • Attended various schools that helped establish a success path in law enforcement, those include combat lifesaver medical aid, combatives trainer / hand to hand combat, primary leadership development course.
  • USA Central Personnel Security Clearance Fort George, Maryland given in October 2002, clearance -secret.
